John Cena is not fired

Raw 28th of June, HHH informed Mr. McMahon that the board has appointed him to takeover the day to day operations of WWE. Mr. McMahon is now relieved of his duties for WWE.

HHH directed Mr. McMahon that he is not going to fire John Cena and not going to do anything else.

July 28, 2011 on Monday night Raw, Tripple H informed the chairman of WWE Mr. Vince McMahon that the board of directors has held a meeting earlier that day and called HHH from Chicago. Board of Directors has sent him to told Mr. McMahon about the Current Situation. HHH wanted to talk about all the matter at backstage but Mr. McMahon was not agree to go outside for talk. He told that Board has admired and praised his work done for WWE but they are concerned about his questionable decisions. The board has a vote of No Confidence against Mr. Vince McMahon.
